Home Cooking

Egyptian meals made by Karima and Shimaa, from fresh ingredients.

A Seat At Our Table

In our family, a guest is never left hungry. Meals are cooked slowly, with greens picked fresh and garlic crushed by hand, the way Karima learned from her own mother.

Everything is made to order. There is no freezer shortcut and no buffet: when you ask for a meal, Karima and Shimaa go to the market and the fields for the freshest ingredients, then cook it for you. It takes a little planning, and it tastes like it.

Traditional breakfast, lunch or dinner, with meat or completely vegetarian: tell us what you like and we will cook for you.

Order your meal 24 hours ahead

Everything is cooked fresh, so please message Karim at least 24 hours before you would like to eat. Tell him the meal, the number of guests, and whether you prefer meat or vegetarian.

Prices are fair and affordable, and may vary a little with market prices. When you eat with us, you support a local family and a small local business.
